A Management Team focused on a dual objective: customer satisfaction and relocation of sustainable production in France.

Jean-Louis REVEL : CEO

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Des Matières Plastiques in Oyonnax (plastics engineering school) and holder of a Master’s degree in international business, Jean-Louis Revel detected the high potential of IPI in 1996. He made the decision to take over the company and develop its expertise.

He undertook a vast project to automate the production facility, before setting his sights on innovation.

As early as 2006 he began working with some of the biggest names in design, including Philippe Starck, to develop original new product lines for tableware.

Acutely aware of changing attitudes and emerging consumption trends, he redefined IPI’s strategy and launched USEO in 2019, with a powerful objective – to relocate sustainable production in France.

Antoine QUINSON : Managing Director

As Managing Director of USEO, Antoine Quinson supervises all USEO teams.

Having obtained a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School, Antoine began his career in 2000 with Kodak as Regional Sales Director. In 2005 he was appointed Marketing Director and Sales Force Director.

He joined IPI in 2010 as Business and Marketing Director, playing a key role in the company’s growth, since sales grew by 35% in 4 years on his watch.

He was appointed Managing Director in 2014 and worked alongside Jean-Louis Revel to bring the USEO project to life.

Antoine is also CEO of Dinovia.

Arnaud REVEL : COO USEO

As Chief Operating Officer of USEO, Arnaud Revel supervises all of the company’s operational activities.

The eldest son of Jean-Louis Revel, he graduated from the Toulouse Business School in 2009. Arnaud initially pursued a career in advertising, working for independent agencies and major groups including Publicis.

He joined the family group in April 2017 as Business Director at Technicaps, where he expanded the offering and product portfolio.

Arnaud now manages the production, quality and delivery centers at USEO and oversees the smooth running of USEO’s sites in Poland and France. His primary mission is to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Arnaud is also a member of the Executive Board of the I.P.G group.

Development and Innovation Director

Patrick Feuillas joined IPI in 1994 as a Design Office project manager. He worked his way up through various positions before being appointed Development and Innovation Director in 2000.

Patrick Feuillas is in charge of all innovation plans and product developments for USEO and coordinates a team of 6 people.

Julien REVEL : Deputy Manager in charge of Development & Innovation

As Deputy Manager in charge of Development & Innovation for USEO, Julien Revel coordinates all USEO projects, reporting to Patrick Feuillas.

The younger son of Jean-Louis Revel, Julien graduated from Audencia Business School in Nantes in 2012, and began his career as a member of the IPI sales team. He went on to oversee the takeover of a pure player in the food tech industry, Dinovia.

In 2019 he led the major project geared to expanding the production facility and qualifying the new wood fiber molding process. In parallel, he took on the position of Deputy Manager in charge of Development & Innovation.

Julien is also a member of the Executive Board of the I.P.G group.
